Until December of 2005 the Governors' Prayer Team (GPT) has been the Spirit/child of Tom Walker, Indiana National Day of Prayer leader, who saw the vision for organized prayer for governmental leaders in obedience to the Father’s command. The Lord led Tom to a team of brothers who have utilized their own resources and nearly two years of daily work to develop the vision the Lord put on their hearts. Included in Tom's effort are several other projects under One Accord Ministry such as the World prayer Ministries. Since the GPT was officially launched nationally in December 2005 and has been wonderfully received by regional and national leaders and is growing daily.

The need for Charter Partners has now been established. Rev. Tom Walker is seeking Charter Partners who will enable the him to reach the ministries Charter budget of $10,000 per month. Charter Partners are visionary supporters who are mature and understand the need to sow now to insure the continuing operations of this divine effort. We pledge to be completely transparent with you. This fund will provide the daily needs of the working team and base operational costs for the ministry including ministry activities, training for partner ministries and communications and technology infrastructure in every state of the USA.  While all donations are sincerely appreciated and welcomed Charter Partner status will be given to any donor who, as led by the Spirit, commits to $100 or more per month for 36 months. Our promise to Charter Partners is that, as other donations, grants or resources accrue over the next 3 years, the Charter Partners commitment will be removed if they desire.
